"CHEE CHEE & PEPPY" was a pre-teen / teenage R&B act of the early 1970's. They were a cross between MARVIN GAYE & TAMMI TERRELL and PEACHES and HERB. The act was made of Dottie Moore-Thomas and Keith Bolling. Their signature hit was "I KNOW I'M IN LOVE" released in 1971 on Buddah Records. This show will includes an interview with Dottie Moore-Thomas about the days of CHEE CHEE & PEPPY. Chee_chee___peppy_super_you_small Howard Burchette and Dottie Moore-Thomas sat down and discussed the history of Chee Chee & Peppy.  Their first release "I Know I'm In Love" was recorded at Sigma Sound Studios in Philadelphia in 1971. The album released on Buddah Records followed in 1972. The mentor and manager of the group was singer, writer and producer Jesse James.
