The world's oil supply is expected to peak sometime between now and 2037, according to the US Department of Energy. After that, it's only downhill for supply - and uphill for prices... to the point where the average consumer may not be able to afford a tank of gas.
What should we do about the possibility of running out of oil? KALW producer Zoe Corneli traveled down to a Bay Area Rapid Transit station in central San Francisco to ask commuters what they thought. This is the Buzz Underground.

Review of Energy: Buzz on Oil
Though short, this vox pop was informative and original. It had seemingly regular people speaking of the oil crisis and what they thought of it. Some of this reporter’s information was however mistaken, such as the fact that we could have a solar powered car/ one that runs on a battery, also is the fact that cars are the main reason that there is global warming. Also the reporter never actually comes out and states their stand on the issue, though it is quite clear from the subjects that they interviewed. It is important that they come out and state this because some one could miss interpret what the reporter is trying to say. This story does however have very good intro, outro and the transitions were quite skillful.
