This week on Culture Clique we continue our interview with two individuals from the national center for Transgender equality. Mara Kiesling is the The Executive Director and Marcus Waterbury is the Chair of the Board of Directors. Today in our interview Keisling and Waterbury discuss schools and responsibility when it comes to harassment and suicide as well as how important forward movement is and acceptance of transgender people in today’s society. In the final part of out lecture Keisling discusses sucide rates of transgender, how making assumptions happens to everyone, how she came out to her own family and touches on what being asexual is.
