Whether you've been costume shopping or just looking at your 401K, there is no doubt that Halloween started early this year - monsters and frights seem to lurk around every corner. In Columbia, Maryland, some decided to get serious about the science of scaring. Monster College is a workshop with a two page syllabus designed to teach citizens how to get in touch with their inner ghouls.
