YES, THE OBLIGATION TO INFORM, EDUCATATE, AND/OR ENTERTAIN REMAINS CONSTANT, BUT THE QUESTION IS HOW THEY ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES, AND ARE THEY SERVING THEIR COMMUNITY OR EXPLOITING IT IN THE PROCESS?
