Hm-cover_small Dr. Mary Jo Kreitzer PhD, RN is the founder and director of the Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota, with more than two decades of leadership and expertise to the field of integrative health and medicine.  She is a principal researcher and  a tenured professor in the School of Nursing, where she co-directs the Doctorate in Nursing Practice program in integrative health and healing. From 2004-2007 she served as vice-chair of the Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine, and in 2008 was named by Minnesota Physician as one of the 100 most influential health-care leaders in the state.  She testified before the US Senate on health-care reform in 2009.
