There are now more US troops in Afghanistan than in Iraq, but not by much. About 92,000 service members remain in Iraq, compared to 96,000 in Afghanistan. But in American media, stories about Afghanistan far outnumber stories about Iraq. And only a few organizations have correspondents in Baghdad anymore.
