Karen Hawkins shares a very special bond with a Capuchan monkey named Mookie. For the first two years of his life, Mookie was on Karen's body twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Over time, residents of Bridgton, Maine became accustomed to seeing Karen everywhere with her monkey. That is, until one day, when a routine trip to the grocery store changed everything.
