KUNM Youth Radio Programmer Taylor Griffin interviews KUNM Youth Radio Blogger Victor Torres and his attorneys Gail Stewart of the Steven Granberg & Gail Stewart Law Firm, and Tara Ford the Co-Director of Pegasus Legal Services for Children, about his struggle at the middle school he attended and how he fought for equal opportunities and accommodations for all students with disabilities in the future. In the interview Victor says he has cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy is a group of permanent disorders of the development of movement and posture, causing activity limitations. It involves the connections between the cortex and other parts of the brain such as the cerebellum and palsy.
