When Phish formed in the early '80's they played to audiences in their college town of Burlington, Vermont. By the mid 1990's, they were performing in amphitheaters to sold out crowds. On this edition of "A Musician's Life" Tracey Tanenbaum speaks with Phish bassist Mike Gordon. He talks about finding his creative muse after the band's break-up; and trying to manage a solo career now that the band reformed. He also ponders his personality in group settings and how he seems to stand apart.
