SESSION AUDIO: (background tuning noises) Is that an ‘E’? That’s an ‘E’. Ear – ear! I want to hear some impressed – ooh, that’s a good ear…

JONAS RICHARDSON: Well, I’m Jonas Richardson and I’m a gardener in town for the last 35 years.

GARY ARCEMONT: My name’s Gary Arcemont, yeah, we’re sitting in a studio in San Luis Obispo right now, for the record.

JONAS RICHARDSON: Every Wednesday in Morro Bay at Blue Sky Deli, we play Irish music, probably 6.30 or something until we get tired of playing music. Sometimes there’s four people, sometimes there’s eight or nine, and we’ve had as many as 15 sometimes. We started off in San Luis Obispo, uh, God I don’t even know how long, it’s been a long time, and then we moved to a couple different bars… years, I don’t know. 10 years? 15 years? It goes way back. So, we’ve been playing music here for a while.
