Mm-cover-lorezsmall_small In 1982 Irv Rosenfeld won the right to access medical marijuana from the federal government. Thirteen people with debilitating conditions we allowed the program to receive government-grown marijuana. In the 1990's the program was shut down so Irv is now one of the 4 surviving patients. He still receives almost 9 ounces per month of medical marijuana grown by NIH and NIDA at the University of Mississippi.
