Default-piece-image-1 Jonathan Katz is CEO of the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies in Washington, D.C. In late May 2005 he led free arts advocacy workshops throughout the state of Hawaii. There are references to national issues, and successful youth arts programs in Texas and Massachusetts.
