Milewski_small Once each month, our Wilson Spotlight segment focuses on the work of one of the Center's programs.  This month we look at the work of the Center's Latin American Program with a discussion on the regional implications of Chile's recent presidential runoff election. Host John Milewski will be joined by Cynthia Arnson, Director of the Latin America Program here at the Center, and Leonardo Avritzer, a professor of political science and a former Wilson Public Policy Scholar.
