Milewski_small The storyline on trends in the news media is a familiar one.  Newspaper readership is in decline and the blogosphere is in ascension. Budget cuts and layoffs are threatening to undermine the capacity of news organizations to do serious reporting. What remains of mainstream media drifts further away from hard news and more towards an entertainment paradigm.  This week on dialogue host John Milewski takes a look at the state of the news and information industry with the help of a veteran journalist whose career spans more than half a century, Nick Clooney.
