Located in the Historic District of Columbus, GA, Minnie's Uptown Restaurant serves lunch (as well as Sunday brunch) to folks from every walk of life.  From corporate businessmen, to university students and blue-collar professionals, the patrons of Minnie's are very diverse and equally loyal to the establishment.  I spent an afternoon with the owner of the restaurant, Rose Wiggins (daughter of Minnie), and had the chance to ask a few questions and get a tour of the establishment.
