Dr. Masaru Emoto - Hidden Messages in Water

From: Donna Descoteaux
Series: Living Well Show
Length: 29:14

Dr. Masuru Emoto's work with water crystals show that our thoughts and words affect the physical world. Read the full description.

Mountainlight2_small This month we have a very special edition of Living Well Show featuring an interview with Dr. Masaru Emoto author of The Hidden Messages in Water and The True Power of Water. Dr. Emoto’s work shows how our thoughts and words can influence matter (in this case water). After taping words (thank you or you fool) to identical bottles of water, Dr. Emoto captured the structure of the water (in the form of crystals) at the moment of freezing using high speed photography. The water given positive messages formed beautiful crystals, while the water given negative messages formed deformed or fragmented crystals. Dr. Emoto’s work gives us physical evidence of our ability to impact the world around us by our thoughts and words. Dr. Emoto’s work was highlighted in the movie What the Bleep to We Know. Dr. Emoto is currently touring the US. You can find out when he will be in your area by going to www.beyondword.com.

Review of Dr. Masaru Emoto - Hidden Messages in Water

This piece presents the pretty far-out concept that our thoughts and emotions have a measureable effect on the physical world. It's a very beautiful idea, which promotes harmony with the physical world and each other. I don't personally believe the idea is scientifically sound, but I do appreciate the concepts expressed and I believe there should be programs exposing people to ideas which may not be readily accepted by the mainstream.
