Ira Glass's "Wait, tell me that again" interview style is in high relief as he tries to get to the bottom of how an angel named Clarence prevents George Bailey from jumping in the river by tricking him into jumping in the river. In Act II of our program Ira discusses things with Henry Potter. A reference to David Sedaris sneering at New Year's Eve from Paris concludes things.

Nobody can do it like IraNot bad. A fair "Stewart" but "Glass" needs more hesitancy, a higher tone, and a "stay with us" . Barrymore a little lower and whiny-er.

MasterfulThis piece was just a delight! It really made me smile. |
Timing and Cues
It's a 4:12 piece including a highly deletable (but there if you need it) host intro covering the first 25 seconds (no overlap with audio beginning) and 26 seconds of music to fade at end. 3:20 of parody.
