OND, come chilling winds.

Here we unmask the previous broadcast's riddle and find that it's not so easy to recognize the months of the year when they are only referred to by their first letters.   The pivotal clue about the chilling winds moves us to a seasonal frame of mind, where the meaning of the letters will likely become clear.

NEW RIDDLE:
A two-legged creature will seem to have four
He'll wear a fake mustache and come to your door
Is it children all dressed up on Halloween night?
Or something determined to hide from our sight.
(solution: in the 10/31/09 piece)
