
Children from the Richton Park School near Chicago and the Charles Dickens European School in Berlin took part in an internet phone conference. They asked each other, via the Internet, very direct and thought-provoking questions about their respective lands: about politics, sport, climate, etc. The radio show also features a self produced podcast that the Richton park School made about Richton Park area in Chicago, which deals with topics such as the the history of the town, school life, weather, sports etc. The Charles Dickens school also contributed some lovely self-produced songs; one with a Brecht-like influence and other piece with a more soulful musical style.
