On Aug. 11, Portsmouth, New Hampshire was in the national spotlight as President Obama spoke to a group of 1,800 people at Portsmouth High School about his health care plan. Protests are happening nationwide as the President and members of congress are conducting town hall meetings to engage the public in discussions about this new health care plan.
