The Inside Islam initiative seeks to challenge misconceptions and stereotypical perceptions about Muslims worldwide through the University of Wisconsin’s nine international studies centers, Wisconsin Public Radio and you, the public.  

In this edition of Inside Islam: Scholar Mark Levine and journalist Suroosh Alvi catalog the struggle for Islam through it’s metal bands, like Acrassicauda, Baghdad’s only metal practitioners.
