Dawshb_small In 1990, Joe Bevilacqua talked at length with the late Joe Barbera, one half of the Hanna-Barbera animation team who talked about the founding of their company in 1957 and the characters they created, including Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, and the Flintstones. Bevilacqua took the field interview into the studio and quickly mixed this twenty minute segment, which features clips from the cartoon shows. It aired the next night on WNYC Radio in New York. In 2005, Bevilacqua digitally remastered the recording. This is the version you will hear on this page. (Special kudos to Richard Paul and Chris Freer for the nudge.)
