Piece Description

Bradley Walker is the 2007 IBMA Male Vocalist of the Year. His debut album, Highway of Dreams, blends bluegrass, honky-tonk and acoustic country music. In his Rounder Records bio, label co-founder Ken Irwin says “Bradley is an inspiration to all of us.” Bradley was born with Muscular Dystrophy and has been in a wheelchair all of his life. “My whole outlook on life is that if you’re able to get out and work, then do it,” says Walker. “My parents always encouraged me to be able to do things on my own.” This Labor Day weekend Bradley’s appeared on the MDA Telethon.
