Singer-songwriter Kathy Mattea has recorded many classic hits such as “18 Wheels and a Dozen Roses” and “Where’ve You Been.” She’s won two Grammy awards and was named the CMA’s Female Vocalist of the Year in 1989 and again in 1990.
