Franklin spoke about a fallen colleague, the futility of prohibition and how women were instrumental in ending alcohol prohibition seventy years ago. Franklin advocates for decriminalizing marijuana. http://leap.cc

Deborah Jacobs is the executive director of the ACLU-NJ. She speaks about the recent case of a Passaic county teenager who uploaded photos to MySpace and may now be charged as a sex offender for posting her own photos. Jacobs also addresses the issue of privacy and teens as well as the  so called ‘zero-tolerance’ policy of expulsion at some New Jersey Schools.
