I’m in Meredith Jacobs’s kitchen in Rockville Md. She’s preparing a seder for 15 people…and she only has a few days.

M: It’s actually much easier this year, I should have had the kids help me all the time

M: (laughs) And I’m just cutting it into big chunks and sautéing the vegetables in the margarine
