The Obama Administration has yet to devise a plan that would prevent American across th e country from losing their homes. In the meantime Community organizing groups are working on a local level with the plans they’ve created. Austin King is the director of the Financial justice center for the community organzing group ACORN. HE says, ACORN fights for the recognition of the needs of homeowners

Austin: (edit for this quote). Community organizations really had a role to step in and act as a defacto regulator tomake sure these corporations were doing what they should have doen because the government wasn't making sure these corporations weren't doing the right thing.
