Coleman- Providence, RI 1966- Coleman, a priest, and a police chaplain rescued two young girls from being held hostage. 58. Warren A. Hoy- Tower City, PA; Peter G. Rumpf- Tremont, PA; Frank Carter- Fort Lee, NJ 1921- an incident in a PA coal mine gave rise to three acts of heroism. 59. William C. Brisbane- San Fransisco, CA 1980- Brisbane scaled the outside of a burning building to save a woman trapped on an eight floor balcony. 60. Luther B. Weaver- Dallas, TX 1912- Luther Weaver died trying to save an employee from fire.
