UN-HOSTED FUNDER RUNDOWN, TRANSCRIPT and TIMINGS
(Spot Begins with Music: von Weber Concertino for Clarinet.)
Stoltzman Transcript:
"I never forget my dad who was an amateur tenor saxophone player, constantly practicing in the kitchen, which was where the acoustics were the best in our little apartment, trying to imitate the sound of Coleman Hawkins and Ben Webster on his tenor saxophone. And I would sit underneath the kitchen table listening to my dad struggling to make a sound that had the soul of those great jazz musicians." (Text out at 0:33.)
