Ann Cooper is an accomplished chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and the author of four books on cooking and nutrition. Her most recent role is working as a self-proclaimed "lunch lady," working with Berkeley Unified School District and now Boulder Colorado schools to cook from scratch. In Boulder, Cooper hopes to build an exportable model that would enable districts across the country to create healthier school lunches.
