But, where are the artists?  And who are the artists? 

Rich is a 34 year old carpenter, father and graffiti artsist from Portland, Maine.  We go through the process of painting graffiti with Rich, and learn that as an adult, he faces unique challenges in pursuing this illegal pastime.
