Over 20 percent of teens who have a child will become pregnant again within a year. Indiana teens are no exception, 18- year old Jessica Monroe and her fiance are currently awaiting the arrival of their second child. While she attends during the day and her fiance works night allowing them to work out childcare. Y-Press reporter, Laura Mangan talks with Jessica about her plans for the future.
