It turns out that Zombies aren't the only ones craving candy this Halloween. Throughout the city tiny mouths are begining to drool as the Oct. 31 creeps up on us. But for parents in some neighborhoods trick or treating is difficult.
So Ann Marie Coviello and L.J Goldstein decided to organize a parade. They created the 6t9 social aid an pleasure club and came up with an idea for a neighborhood Halloween parade.
The 6t9 Halloween Parade will take place from 6pm to 9pm on Sat. Oct. 25. The Parade will start at 1020 st. More information on the parade and its route is available at 6-9SAPC.org or on a link from the WWOZ website where you can listen to this story or browse the archives.
