If we actively promoted more compassion to animals, to our children and to adults, would we be improving the chances for a more peaceful world overall? How can we be more alert to teaching moments that might help us all be more compassionate to animals? How far are you willing to go with your compassion? Could you also not kill a fly, a misquito, a mouse, or a gopher?
