From: Charlie Warren
Length: 00:58:28
Familiar and forgotten songs, many not normally associated with Indepependence Day, that highlight the people, issues, and ideas that create America, supported by insightful commentary.
This fully pre-recorded program is in two formats:
Format 1: Continuous 58 minutes with two music bed breaks. These beds are unique instrumentals so that no live material is necessary.
Format 2: A 58:30 version split into three segments. The first two segments end with :60 music beds for live station announcements.
My other 4th of July special, a 12-minute sound retrospective of American life, can be found here: http://www.prx.org/pieces/26403.
