Review of GOP Visitors Attend Manhattan ChurchesThis is an imaginative and wonderfully efficient way of exploring Republicans' relationship to religion. Although this piece is centered in NYC and the RNC it offers a timeless insight into the paradox of politics and religion. At only 3:40 this piece is textured and informative and a perfect fit for the four minute ATC optional break. This would be ideal to use during the RNC but its relevance offers this piece a respectable shelf-life. |

Review of GOP Visitors Attend Manhattan Churches
This repeated an oft-cited statistic about how regular churchgoers favor Bush. I have also heard that the gap is only very clear when describing atheists and those who go to church more than once a week.
It would be helpful to get more information on the moderate middle-of-the road religious voters. I didn't feel that I was learning anything new.
I'm not an expert on sound or craft issues and can't really comment on those, but it did seem a little amateurish.
