FIREWORKS: Paulien van Schaik & Hein van de Geyn Tineke Postma McCoy Tyner All Star Septet Daniel Frankl hosts an intimate duo concert that ends with fireworks. Bassist Hein Vande Geyn and singer Paulien van Schaik offer captivating, minimal treatments of 40's and 50's standards, including "Our Love is Here to Stay" and "In Summer." Then from the Amsterdam's famous Bimhuis ) -- the jazz stage in the Netherlands, saxophonist Tineke Postma leads her sextet with lyrical playing and improvisation. We close with McCoy Tyner's All Stars in an explosive performance from the North Sea Festival featuring saxophonists Donald Harrison and Eric Alexander; trumpeter Wallace Roney; trombonist Steve Turre; bassist Charnett Moffet; and drummer Eric Gravatt.
