- The Environment Report
The PB & J campaign argues that a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch once a week instead of a burger or chicken nuggets could help save the planet. The campaign organizer is a vegetarian for environmental reasons, but he hates the radical approach that's often taken by pro-vegan, pro-vegetarian groups. He wants to use the humble PB & J as an all-American approach to being more environmentally friendly.
