San Francisco's Tenderloin District is changing. For most of its history, the Tenderloin has been known for its seedy night life and high crime rate. But now, some residents are working hard to clean up the streets. Others are worried rents will rise so high they will be forced to move out. And entrepreneurs see opportunity. Will the Tenderloin go upscale - and still keep it's urban character?
