Timing and Cues
Transformers first appeared in 1983 and were inspired by a Japanese toy that would to change from an object such as a gun or an 18 wheeler mack truck into a robot. These new toys were brought to America via the toy company Hasbro and If you or someone you knew were between the ages of 8 and 14 in 1984 you might remember then as the number one toy for birthdays and Christmases. There is a new film released on July 4th based on the original cartoon.
Freelance producer Dan Kramer was a fan of the transformers when he was younger. When he heard there was a new film he went in search for the ultimate transformer fan. He came back with a story of someone whose life philosophy was changed by this cartoon series.
