Review of Compact Discoveries 37: The Birds and the Bees
Thanks to PRX, I was able to listen again and again to my favourite piece of The Birds by Respeghi. It is an uplifting happy sort of music saturated with intense emotions and nostalgia. The comments by Fred Flaxman are so useful and educational adding another dimension to the piece.
