SUGGESTED HOST INTRO
Some composers go unnoticed, or become forgotten for a variety of reasons. Mauro Giuliani (MAH-roe joo-lee-AH-nee) composed in Beethoven's shadow, but guitarist David Starobin (STARE-roe-bin) says it's not Beethoven's fault that we don't know more about this Italian composer.

CLIP TRANSCRIPT
"I think, you know, Giuliani has yet to see his best day, in terms of being a true composer that people respect and value highly. Most of this has to do with performers and their view of the repertoire. If we look at all of Giuliani's music, you see that he actually did have a wide range, though he's known as a composer who basically did just one or two things. That's a true miscalculation on the part of guitarists and hopefully they'll correct that in the coming generations."

SUGGESTED HOST OUTRO
Guitarist David Starobin (STARE-roe-bin) talking about Mauro Giuliani (MAH-roe joo-lee-AH-nee). And, one of the things he did best was write for solo guitar, including this (insert music title).
