Right now, more than 3,000 U.S. soldiers who served in Iraq and Afghanistan are seeking treatment at the local VA Healthcare System. But there are many service men and women who are not even looking to the VA for help. Many site the confusing process often associated with the system. In the second part of a three-part series, WYPR?s Mary Rose Madden looks at how Maryland soldiers view the process and what leaders at the local VA are seeing.
