Reign of the CPA
N: In may of 2003, with Paul Bremer at its helm, the Coalition Provisional Authority set out to rebuild Iraq. This meant securing the country, rehabbing its shattered infrastructure, creating a government, and overseeing billions of dollars in civilian contracts.
