On Sunday September 10th 2006 the City of Nevada City California held it's 40th annual Constitution Day Parade.
The theme of this year's parade was "Freedom of Speech".
A group called Americans for Constitutional Integrity participated in the event only to find their statement regarding the Constitution, Imepachment and The President and Vice President Censored by parade officials
