A drummer!'" -Symphony percussionist Brian Prechtl I've recently been putting together a series of little stories about the idea of "rhythm," and one of the folks I got to meet during the project is a persuccionist with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Brian Prechtl says it's his job to know how to play more than a hundred different instruments. Sometimes he plays a couple dozen of them just in the course of one performance?
