Gansler, writer and lawyer, is author of The Mysterious Private Thompson: The Double Life of Sarah Emma Edmonds, Civil War Soldier. And Harvey Kaye joins us with a commentary he titles "Tom Paine's Counsel for A Time That Tries Men's Souls" and reflects on how the real vision and legacy of the Founding Fathers has been lost.
