It's not known how many would be terrorists have been apprehended since scrutiny of immigrants began to tighten immediately after 9/11. But it has certainly placed the lives of many immigrants in jeopardy as they found themselves rounded up and facing deportation sometimes for the most inadvertent of visa violations. For Keshav Jiwnani though deportation might literally be a matter of life and death. He is fighting an uphill battle against being deported back to a country where his homosexuality is considered a crime....
