Part 2...In 1953, "cold-war" biochemist Dr Frank Olson fell to his death from a New
York City hotel window. First ruled a "possible suicide," the case was re-opened as a
"probable homicide" by Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau, in 1997.
Later in 1997, the D. A.'s office ruled the cause of death "unknown," and closed the
case.
